1.
Membership of the Dealer2Dealer service is
restricted to members of the Motor Trade only. Proof of this may be required
before service is provided.
2.
The Dealer2Dealer service provides the means for
two or more members of the service to enter into a business transaction. As a
member of the Dealer2Dealer service, you are solely responsible for any
business or non-business transactions you enter into with another member,
Digital IT Solutions Ltd will have no involvement in these transactions.
3.
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure the
accuracy of all advertisements, Digital IT Solutions Ltd will not accept
liability for errors or mistakes. It is the advertisers responsibility to check
for errors and notify us by fax as soon as possible.
4.
As a member of the Dealer2Dealer service, you
will be issued a Userid / Password for your dealership. This information is for
the members use only. Distribution of this information to another company,
individual or organisation will be viewed as a breach of the terms and
conditions and may result in your membership being terminated.
5.
Invoices for membership are issued on the first
working day of each month where membership is paid monthly. Annual
subscriptions are invoice during the first month of membership.
6.
Invoices for advertisements are issued on the
first working day of each month and will include all advertisements placed in
the preceeding calendar month.
7.
Payment is required within 14 days of invoice
date and Digital IT Solutions Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on the
outstanding balance at the rate of 8% + base rate per annum, calculated on a
daily basis
8.
The Dealer2Dealer website, it's contents and any
publication distributed by email, fax or printed media related to the service is
the Copyright of Digital IT Solutions Ltd, which reserves all rights in respect
of it.
9.
Cancellations must be notified to Digital IT
Solutions Ltd by Letter, Fax or Email.
